Just place the contents in the microwave for about 10 seconds or until the temperature strip on the bottle reads between 94-100 degrees F. Basically this means that you've just overheated the urine and need to let your sample cool down. Simply just remove the cap from the bottle and let the urine begin to cool down for a couple of minutes. Once it begins to cool down, the colors on the temperature strip will begin to show through and you'll be able to tell the temperature of your bottle.
